Yaamava’ Resort & Casino has added a Sunday brunch service at one of its recently reopened restaurants.
The Pines Modern Steakhouse will host brunch on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The brunch offers a combination of buffets and cooked-to-order dishes, according to Jenna Brady, spokeswoman for the Highland resort.
Buffet items include prime rib, crab cocktail, cold cuts, and pastries. Appetizers include lobster hash, jumbo crab cake Benedict, fried jidori chicken, and waffles. Brunch is $85 per person. Reservations can be made on the casino website are strongly encouraged. Yaamava’ is only open to customers aged 21 and over.
The Pines Modern Steakhouse reopened in October, with premium menu items like wagyu beef and mac and cheese covered in gold leaf, as well as more traditional steakhouse fare. The restaurant has also moved from the second floor of the casino to the first floor, near the entrance of the new hotel tower.
In December, the casino reopened the Serrano Buffet for dinner only and extended hours of the Serrano Vista Café.
The hotel’s next catering addition will include the Radiance Café on its terrace by the pool, which is scheduled to open in the spring.
