The Toasted Yolk Cafe continues to fuel growth across its home country as the cult breakfast establishment prepares to bring its boozy brunch and farm-to-table fresh foods to Austin.
CEO and Co-Founder Chris Milton announced today that Toasted Yolk has signed an area development agreement with Ron and Val Claypool to bring the popular breakfast to Austin. The new restaurant is slated to open at 14105 Ronald Reagan Blvd. at Cedar Park in the summer of 2022.
Ron has worked in facilities management for the past 20 years in a variety of industries ranging from commercial real estate to technology and non-profits. He is also a Licensed Commercial/Residential Realtor and Accredited Commercial Specialist in Texas through Texas Realtors. Valeria has spent nearly 30 years working in the public sector with a focus on hiring, human resources, mentoring, training and retention. They were sold on joining the Toasted Yolk family due to the brand’s quality of food, atmosphere, management team, and transparent and profitable business plan.
“There’s no doubt that the friendly atmosphere and amazing food at The Toasted Yolk is going to be a big hit in the Austin area,” says Ron Claypool. “We are especially excited to be able to connect with the community on a day-to-day basis, sharing wonderful dishes that will make their day a little brighter. We look forward to showing Austinites what The Toasted Yolk is all about when we join the Cedar Park community this year.
