Seasoned Hospitality Experts Expand Fast-Growing Casual Dining Brand

Addison, Texas (RestaurantNews.com) Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe, the Cajun restaurant that brings all the fun of the French Quarter, announces plans to expand its presence in Arkansas, Tennessee and Florida, and increase its presence in Oklahoma, Texas and North Carolina ! Boosted by strong performance over the past 3 years, the brand is locking in its expansion plans.

“Our restaurants are staples in their communities, allowing us to continue to grow and welcome guests into our Razzoo family,” said Phillip ParsonPresident of At Razzoo. “Our strong growth momentum will continue thanks to the combination of our refreshed brand image, a renovation program where all sites will be remodeled and updated by the end of the year, a technology stack refined, advanced building design and décor, and an appropriate marketing strategy.”

The company also opened a new restaurant last year in Corpus Christi, TX, at a time when many other casual dining brands were closing locations — a sign that the brand is strong and its customer base is loyal.

In line with the growth of the brand, Parsons was promoted to brand president. Parsons joined At Razzoo in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Parsons will be responsible for marketing, real estate and development, human resources and overseeing the chief financial officer.
